Criminal charges and immigration

Facing charges and worried about your status? We handle both.

Some criminal charges, including certain traffic offenses, can affect a green card, a pending case, or a future immigration application. Because we handle criminal defense and immigration law, we review those risks before advising you about a plea.

About the firm

Abel Albarran, Attorney

Spanish was my first language. Once I became fluent in English, I started translating medical, tax, and legal documents for my immigrant parents and family when I was still a kid, and that's what set me on the path to becoming a lawyer. Today I see my own family in the people I work with, and I try to treat everyone the same, with respect for them and their background.
